Get a batch of quotes from ZenQuotes for our use

A folder called data has now been added. In here is stored the source code to request information from the ZenQuotes API and stores in a json format. This was chosen, against the ticket requirements, as a json file will ensure the data format is maintained from gathering, processing and then storing in the database.
