Implementing GUI Styling

Rose Howie requested to merge 36-implement-styling-on-gui into main
  • TTK Theme 'kroc' has been imported and implemented
  • Window sizing removed to allow for auto-sizing - window will now stretch to fit content dynamically
  • README.md updated to give instructions to developers who wish to work with the application - a pip install is necessary to enable stylings.
