Frontend/Backend - Platform - Add in child mode

Add in support for a child mode which will limit the filter to children's movies and change the theme of the website. There were originally plans for password protection so that children couldn't just toggle the filter themselves but due to some bugs with bs-modals I had to compromise.

Since this also adds in themes I took the opportunity to add in a dark mode option, this will match your system theme.
