+# User Personas
+
+**📌 Mark - first year**
+
+* VITAL STATISTICS
+  * 19 years old, just moved to the city from a small town, 1st year Computing Science major university student, left home and parents live elsewhere.
+* GOALS
+  * Mark is interested in Cyber Security in general and would like exposure to new concepts such as Steganography.
+* FRUSTRATIONS
+  * Unfortunately, Mark is still in first year where they do not cover any cyber security concepts, however he would like to prepare himself as he is planning to do a Master's degree in Cyber Security.
+* TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY
+  * Mark owns a Windows laptop and is a fairly advanced user, having sufficient technical skills beyond an average person.
+
+**📌 Ioanna - third year**
+
+* VITAL STATISTICS
+  * 22 years old, is used to the university life, 3rd year Software Engineering major university student.
+* GOALS
+  * Ioanna is currently doing a course about Cyber Security Fundamentals. One of the lectures is on steganography. She would like a way to dig deeper into the topics covered in the course but in a fun and interactive way.
+* FRUSTRATIONS
+  * Unfortunately, Ioanna is having trouble to learn hard concepts by just reading the theory. She prefers interactive means as much as possible as she is more of a practical learner.
+* TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY
+  * Ioanna owns a Linux laptop and has average proficiency with the Linux operating system. She prefers an application that has the easiest setup as possible.

+**📌 John - masters student**
+
+* VITAL STATISTICS
+  * 25 years old, just entered a new university, has an Bachelor's degree in Computing Science and is now doing a Master's degree in Cyber Security. Working on project where he's trying to improve existing steganographic techniques.
+* GOALS
+  * John needs a tool to refresh his memory on how common steganographic techniques work.
+* FRUSTRATIONS
+  * A few years passed since John studied Steganography at the previous University, so he forgot most of the things. Therefore, he needs to be taught again from scratch starting with the basics, while also having the ability to advance into more complex concepts quickly.
+* TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY
+  * John owns both Windows and Linux machines and is an experience user on both
+
+**📌 Felicia - senior software engineer**
+
+* VITAL STATISTICS
+  * 27 years old, works full-time as a senior software developer/engineer in a big start-up company, has an Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering. No previous experience in Cyber Security
+* GOALS
+  * Felicia has been recently assigned a task at her job where she has to build a feature on their mobile application where the Client and Server must somehow send hidden messages. It was suggested by her collogues to look into steganographic techniques. Therefore, she needs a tool to supplement her learning about steganography in order to get a better intuition about the possible methods.
+* FRUSTRATIONS
+  * Felicia is busy with other tasks as well so she would prefer a quick solution where she can pick a particular steganographic technique and start learning. She also has a strict deadline for the feature.
+* TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY
+  * Felicia has a mac and is considered an expert in using a pc. She has plenty of experience compared to an average user.
